n my opinion If someone runs a business it is best to understand that the "Client" and/or "employee" is what makes them money, so treating them like they are 5 years old or talking down to them specially saying that you don't need them and that you can run shit without them is not a way to run a business because without that "Client" or that "employee" your business falls, fails.
The problem with most business owners is that they feel invincible, but the truth of the matter is if you treat your employees or clients like shit and talk down to them you may end up having the entire staff quit and leave, then what the fuck would you do? You panic. And i have see this happen to a business once i worked for, the entire staff quit the same night and had an intervention with the business owner, they told him that he was an asshole and he would speak to them like they were worth nothing. And the entire staff quit, then i was laid off because he went out of business. So my advise to all us business owners out there is watch how you speak to your clients and employees because not everyone is going to take your shit! Just like how my clients and employees don't take mine!!
